My homebase Malmö, Sweden

Malmö is the third-largest city in Sweden, after Stockholm and Gothenburg, and the sixth-largest city in Scandinavia. The earliest written mention of Malmö as a city dates from 1275. It belonged to Denmark until 1658 when it came under control of Sweden through the signing of the Treaty of Roskilde.

Nowadays the city is part of the transnational Öresund Region linked to Copenhagen in Denmark by the Öresund Bridge .

The area has an oceanic climate. Despite its northern location, the climate is mild compared to other locations at similar latitudes. This is mainly because of the influence of the Gulf Stream.
